Meet Emily

Hola! 

My name is Emily and I am the crazy lady running this blog. I am 17 soon to be 18 and I have a love for all things pretty. I live in small town Iowa and even though stereotype suggests otherwise for my location, I'm living live in the fast lane. My passions are reading, writing, photography, design, fashion, making cool things, and just being generally crazy. 
My blog here will be a place for me to just unload all of the projects I want to do and/or am doing and share my ideas. I read a lot so be prepared for some posts about books (and by some, I mean a lot). I may do the occasional outfit post if I can conjure up anything worthy of showing ;). I am so excited to move to the dorms next year so be on the lookout for postings about dorm decor and my decorating adventures. I write, so occasionally there may be rants about writers block or even story inspiration. I recently found a blog that I check every second of every day--it seems--because she is my photography idol. I'm attempting to do as she does and document as much of my life as possible through photos, so you're in for that, too, with this blog. Also I have 2 children cats that I dote on way too much, so you'll probably see them around. <3
